Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Customers must be at least 18 years old to rent from Audio Guest.

2. Rental Duration

• The standard rental period includes free delivery of the audio guestbook 3 days before the event and free collection from a UK address 2 days after the event.

3. Usage

• Customers must use the audio guestbooks responsibly and according to the provided guidelines.

4. Damage and Loss

• Customers are liable for any damage or loss of the audio guestbook not caused by the postal company. In such cases, a £199 fee will be invoiced, due within 7 days.

5. Payment

• Payment of 100% of the rental fee is required upfront via credit/debit card or Klarna.

6. Cancellation

• Customers can cancel their booking up until 14 days before the event for a full refund.

7. Liability

• Audio Guest accepts no liability for loss of recordings if it is due to customer fault. If a technical fault occurs, a full refund will be provided. No compensation is provided for loss of recordings.

8. Agreement

• By placing a booking, customers agree to these terms, including the liability for damage or loss and the payment terms.
