An audio guest book is a unique and fun way to capture messages from your guests during events like weddings, parties, or corporate gatherings. Guests pick up a retro-style phone, listen to your pre-recorded greeting, and leave a heartfelt message. These messages are recorded and sent to you as audio files after the event, creating a lasting keepsake of your special day.

2. How do I set up the audio guest book phone?

Setting up your audio guest book is simple and straightforward. Each phone comes with an easy-to-follow instruction manual. You can either pre-record a greeting directly on the phone or upload one via your computer. Once the greeting is set, place the phone in an accessible location for your guests.

3. What events are audio guest books suitable for?

Audio guest books are perfect for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, corporate events, and any celebration where you want to preserve special memories.

Alternatively, if preferred, you can plugin the phone to any plug socket. 

4. Do I need Wi-Fi or electricity to use the phone?

No, our phones do not require Wi-Fi. They are battery-operated (batteries included) or can be plugged into a power outlet using the provided cables if preferred.

This will hold over 120 hours of messages.

There is no limit to the length of individual messages.

5. How long can guests leave messages for?

There is no time limit on individual messages, and the phone can store up to 120 hours of recordings on its 8GB SD card.

6. What happens to the recordings after the event?

Once we receive the phone back, we’ll process all the messages and send them to you as high-quality audio files within 24 hours. You also have the option to upgrade to a personalized USB keepsake.

On the checkout page we also offer an upgrade of just £19.95. For this we will provide a customised wooden USB & box (text engraving is entirely up to you, but we can help with suggestions) with your guest messages uploaded. This will be posted to you, first class, 24 hours after we receive back your phone.

7. Can I customise the audio guest book for my event?

Yes! You can personalise the greeting your guests hear when they pick up the phone. Additionally, we provide a free standard sign to encourage guests to leave messages, with optional upgrades for a more customized sign.

8. How do I return the phone after the event?

Returning the phone is easy! We’ll arrange a free collection from your chosen UK address within two days after your event. Simply use the original packaging for safe transport.

9. What if my event date changes or I need to reschedule?

If your event date changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date.

10. Is delivery and collection included in the hire price?

Yes! Delivery and collection are completely free within the UK. We’ll send the phone to you three days before your event and arrange collection two days after.

11. Can I hear an example of what the recordings will sound like?

Of course! Visit our website to listen to sample recordings from previous events. This will give you a clear idea of the sound quality and the type of messages you can expect.

12. What happens if I accidentally damage the phone?

We understand accidents happen! If the phone is damaged, please contact us immediately. In most cases, minor issues are covered under our hire agreement, but major damage may incur additional charges.

13. How far in advance should I book my audio guest book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding and event seasons.

14. Can I keep the recordings forever?

Absolutely! Once we send you the digital files, they’re yours to keep forever. If you choose the USB keepsake upgrade, you’ll also receive a beautifully packaged physical copy of your recordings.
