Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are granted if the booking is canceled at least 14 days before the event or if a technical fault prevents recording.

2. Process

3. Time Frame

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Refunds are not provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event or for any loss of recordings not caused by a technical fault.
